Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught both of his targets for 12 yards in a 45-14 loss to the Houston Texans in the first round of the playoffs on Saturday. Moore was quiet in Cleveland's disappointing loss, finishing behind Harrison Bryant and David Bell in receiving. The veteran wideout caps off an up-and-down first season with Cleveland with a career-high 640 receiving yards but just two touchdowns. Moore's numbers took a hit when Joe Flacco took over as quarterback as the veteran QB preferred concentrating his targets on David Njoku and Amari Cooper. Moore's numbers could improve in 2024 with Deshaun Watson expected to return to the QB1 spot next season as the two showed nice chemistry together in the early portions of the season.

Jan 11 7:20pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore will head on the road to take on the Houston Texans in the first round of the NFL playoffs on Saturday. In Week 17, Moore was on his way to his best game in a Cleveland uniform before a concussion knocked him out of action. He is fully cleared from the league's protocol and will be good to go as Cleveland's No. 2 WR on Saturday. The Texans were shredded by Amari Cooper back when these two teams played in Week 16, so there's a chance that they focus their defense on making sure that doesn't happen again. If that is the case, Moore should have extra work sent his way as the Browns look to advance in the playoffs. Treat Moore as a solid WR3 in DFS contests this weekend.

Jan 8 6:50pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore was active for the Week 18 regular season finale on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals despite suffering a concussion in the Thursday night win over the New York Jets in Week 17. However, he was only on the field for six offensive snaps in the 31-14 loss to the Bengals and wasn't targeted at all by quarterback Jeff Driskel. The Browns were locked into the No. 5 seed for the playoffs in the AFC and chose to rest many of their key starters on both offense and defense, so it's really not a huge surprise that Moore wasn't on the field very much. The 23-year-old wasn't nearly as prolific as many expected him to be in his first year in Cleveland, although it was an improvement over his final season with the New York Jets. If Amari Cooper (heel) isn't ready for Saturday's wild-card playoff game against the Houston Texans, Moore could have a big role in Cleveland's passing attack.

Jan 7 11:40am ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (knee) is officially inactive for the Week 18 regular season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals, while Elijah Moore (concussion) is active on Sunday. Both players came into the season finale as questionable to play. Moore suffered a concussion in last Thursday's win over the New York Jets but was able to clear the concussion protocols. The Browns are already locked into the No. 5 seed in the AFC for the postseason, so even though Moore is officially active for this one, there's a good chance he won't play the entire game, especially coming off a head injury just last week. Top wideout Amari Cooper (heel) will miss a second straight game as well, so fantasy managers should expect rookie Cedric Tillman and David Bell to get more playing time on Sunday with quarterback Jeff Driskel leading Cleveland's offense.

Jan 5 1:10pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receivers Elijah Moore (concussion) and Marquise Goodwin (knee) are both listed as questionable to play on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Amari Cooper (heel) has been ruled out for the second straight game. The Browns are locked into the No. 5 seed in the AFC for the postseason, so Moore and Goodwin probably won't play all that much if they are actually active on Sunday morning. Moore suffered a concussion in last Thursday's win over the New York Jets, while Goodwin popped up on this week's injury report on Thursday. Fantasy managers in season-long leagues or DFS contests would be wise to stay away from Moore. Expect rookie Cedric Tillman, David Bell and James Proche II to get a lot of playing time this weekend as the Browns play out the string of the regular season.

Jan 4 11:10pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receivers Elijah Moore (concussion) and Marquise Goodwin (knee) were both listed as limited in practice on Thursday. Moore was also limited on Wednesday after suffering a concussion in last Thursday's win over the New York Mets. Goodwin, meanwhile, was added to the injury report Thursday. The 23-year-old Moore is headed in the right direction to be available for the Week 18 regular season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals, but with the Browns being locked into the No. 5 seed for the playoffs, Moore is a candidate to be limited on Sunday or held out entirely. And if he does play, he'll be taking passes from quarterback Jeff Driskel with Joe Flacco being rested. Goodwin hasn't been anywhere near the fantasy radar in his first year in Cleveland.

From RotoBaller

Jan 3 4:10pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore (concussion) remains in the league's concussion protocol but he will take part in the team's practice on Wednesday. Moore still needs to pass through the league's concussion protocol later this week to be cleared to play in the Week 18 regular season finale on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Moore suffered a concussion in last Thursday's win over the New York Jets. The 23-year-old is clearly making progress, but with Cleveland having already locked up the No. 5 seed for the playoffs, they seem likely to rest any injured players like Moore. Even if Moore plays, he probably wouldn't play the entire game and would be taking passes from quarterback Jeff Driskel.

Dec 29 12:50pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore (concussion) spent the night in a hospital on Thursday night after suffering a concussion in the Thursday night loss to the New York Jets just before halftime. Moore has since been released from the hospital but is in the league's concussion protocol. He'll have extra time to recover before the team's Week 18 regular season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals, but Moore could still be in jeopardy of missing that game. In fact, the Browns may prefer he sit that one out to ensure that he's fully ready for the start of the postseason. With Amari Cooper (heel) also sidelined on Thursday night, tight end David Njoku led the team in targets with eight, securing six of them for a team-leading 134 receiving yards. Moore had a nice night before his concussion, catching five of six targets for 61 yards and a touchdown.

Dec 28 10:20pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore (head) suffered a head injury late in the second quarter of the Thursday night game against the New York Jets and was ruled out for the rest of the game at the start of the second half. Moore was probably put through the league's concussion protocol and wasn't allowed to return with the Browns up big at halftime. The 23-year-old will have more time to recover for a Week 18 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, but he could be rested anyway so that he's ready to go for the start of the postseason. The good news for fantasy managers that started Moore is that he caught five of six targets for 61 yards and a touchdown before leaving. Amari Cooper (heel) wasn't active for this game, so rookie Cedric Tillman, David Bell, James Proche II and Marquise Goodwin will have bigger roles in the second half. Tight end David Njoku should end up the team's leading receiver.

Dec 27 8:10am ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught just two passes for 19 yards in a Week 16 win over the Houston Texans. He will look to bounce back against the New York Jets in Week 17's Thursday night game. The Jets have been good at shutting down opposing receivers in 2023 as they are allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to the position thus far. Moore has not been a big part of the Cleveland offense of late and he could struggle yet again in Week 17, leaving him as a low-end flex option this week.

From RotoBaller

Dec 23 11:40am ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore turned in a quiet outing in his team's Week 15 win over the Chicago Bears, catching just two passes for 17 yards. Moore will look to bounce back in Week 16's road matchup against the Houston Texans. The Texans have been tough on opposing wideouts in 2023, allowing just the 21st-most fantasy points per game to the position. New Cleveland quarterback Joe Flacco has targeted David Njoku and Amari Cooper heavily over the past two games, which hasn't left much meat on the bone for secondary receiving options such as Moore. Treat him as a low-end flex option heading into Week 16.

From RotoBaller

Dec 17 5:20pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught two of his three targets for 17 yards in a 20-17 win over the Chicago Bears in Week 15. Moore turned in a quiet outing as quarterback Joe Flacco targeted David Njoku and Amari Cooper on 22 of his 44 pass attempts in the comeback win over Chicago. Moore has just one touchdown on the season and can't be relied upon in the fantasy playoffs moving forward. He will face the Houston Texans in Week 16.

From RotoBaller

Dec 16 9:40am ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught three of his six targets for 42 yards in a Week 14 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. He will look for more production in a home matchup against the Chicago Bears in Week 15. The Bears have been tough on opposing wide receivers in 2023 as they are allowing just the 18th-most fantasy points per game to the position. The Cleveland passing attack should benefit from having Joe Flacco under center for the remainder of the season but, through two games, it appears that Flacco favors Amari Cooper and David Njoku over Moore. Moore is on the board as a low-end flex for the first week of the fantasy playoffs in most leagues.

From RotoBaller

Dec 10 6:30pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught three of his six targets for 42 yards in a 31-27 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 14. Moore was quiet in the game despite Joe Flacco throwing for 311 yards and three scores as David Njoku and Amari Cooper soaked up most of the production in the win. Sitting on just one touchdown, Moore has been a low-ceiling flex option for much of the season and that will remain the case heading into Week 15 against the Chicago Bears.

From RotoBaller

Dec 9 1:10pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore drew 12 targets from Joe Flacco in a Week 13 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Targets haven't been an issue for Moore in 2023 as he is averaging 7.08 per game. Moore's issue has been turning those targets into production as he has just 501 receiving yards and one touchdown in 12 games. The Browns will head back home to face off against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 14 in what sets up as a plus matchup for receivers as the Jags are allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game to the position this season. Teammate Amari Cooper (ribs, concussion) cleared the league's concussion protocol on Saturday and will play, which will put a bit of a damper on Moore's ceiling. Treat Moore as a flex option against the Jaguars in Week 14.

From RotoBaller

Dec 6 12:20pm ET

With Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper (concussion) potentially needing to sit out the Week 14 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, The Athletic's Zac Jackson says to expect Elijah Moore to continue to get plenty of looks from quarterback Joe Flacco. Moore and Flacco were teammates for two seasons with the New York Jets, and their connection was apparent in the Week 13 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. In addition to Moore, tight end David Njoku and receivers Cedric Tillman and David Bell will have larger roles if Cooper is out this week. Over the last four weeks, Tillman has averaged just over 41 routes run per game, and Moore's average has been 39.5. Moore's 255 air yards in Week 13 were the most accumulated by any pass-catcher in a game this season. He also saw a career-high 12 targets from Flacco in the loss to LA.

From RotoBaller

Dec 3 10:10pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught four of his 12 targets for 83 yards in a 36-19 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 13. Moore wound up leading the team in targets and receiving yards in a game where Amari Cooper left with a concussion in the second quarter. While Moore drew an impressive number of targets, he and Joe Flacco struggled with their connection in their first game together. Moore would be the No. 1 receiver in Cleveland in Week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars if Cooper is unable to clear the league's concussion protocol this coming week. Stay tuned.

Dec 2 9:30am ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore is coming off of a nine-target, three-catch, 44-yard outing in a loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 12. Moore will now take on the Los Angeles Rams in a road game in Week 13. The Rams have been tough on wide receivers in 2023 as they are allowing just the 21st-most fantasy points per game to the position thus far. The Browns will have recently-signed veteran Joe Flacco under center in Week 13 and it remains to be seen which pass-catcher will be his preferred option when the team drops back to pass. Moore hasn't shown much upside this season and should be treated as a low-end flex option in Week 13.

From RotoBaller

Nov 26 9:30pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught three of his nine targets for 44 yards and lost a fumble in a 29-12 loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 12. Moore's nine targets tied for the team lead but he was very inefficient while drawing passes from Dorian Thompson-Robinson and P.J. Walker in the contest. His fumble came early in the fourth quarter in Cleveland territory and led to a Denver touchdown that pushed their lead to 23-12. Moore has seen at least seven targets in each of his past three games but he only has 148 receiving yards to show for it. He will be a flex option in Week 13 against the Los Angeles Rams.

From RotoBaller

Nov 25 1:00pm ET

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore set a season-high with 60 receiving yards in his team's Week 11 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He will look to keep it going in Week 12's road matchup against the Denver Broncos. Denver has been tough on opposing wideouts this season as they are allowing just the 22nd-most fantasy points per game to the position thus far. Moore should see a boost with rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson under center as Cleveland kept the passing attack conservative and close to the line of scrimmage last week. Those short-area passes are a good fit for Moore's skillset, which gives him a small bump in fantasy as long as Thompson-Robinson is the team's quarterback. Treat Moore as a WR4 in Week 12.
