Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown said on 94 WIP Sports Radio in Philadelphia that he wants to stay with the team. "I have no problem. I want to be here, it's as simple as that. I love where I'm at, it's as simple as that. Next question," Brown said. The 26-year-old Pro Bowl wideout was calling into the radio station to dispel rumors that he could be a trade candidate this offseason. He also said he has no issues with quarterback Jalen Hurts after the team's late-season meltdown in 2023 that culminated in a wild-card loss to the Buccaneers. Brown is entering the second year of his four-year, $100 million extension and will continue being Hurts' top target in the passing game. The no-doubt WR1 in fantasy had 1,456 receiving yards -- his fourth 1,000-yard season in five years -- and seven TDs on a career-high 106 catches last year.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) has been ruled out for his team's wild-card matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night. Brown injured his knee during a Week 18 loss to the New York Giants and will not be able to suit up in his team's playoff game, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. According to Schefter, Brown worked hard in his rehab to get on the field vs. Tampa Bay but he will be held out of the contest. Brown has reportedly progressed enough in his rehab that if the Eagles can beat the Buccaneers and advance to the next round of the playoffs, he could return to action. With Brown out, DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert become high-end plays in DFS contests while Quez Watkins becomes a name worth sprinkling into tournament lineups.

Adam Schefter is reporting AJ Brown is out for Monday night's game vs Tampa Bay.

Jan 12 2:10pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) was not seen at practice on Friday for the second straight day this week. Brown injured his knee in the Week 18 loss to the New York Giants on Sunday, and although it's not believed to be a serious injury, he has yet to practice this week and is a big question mark for Monday's wild-card playoff game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Given his high DFS salary and the fact that quarterback Jalen Hurts (finger) dislocated the middle finger on his right throwing hand last week, Brown has become an extremely risky fantasy lineup option for the first round of the playoffs. DeVonta Smith (ankle), who missed Week 18, and tight end Dallas Goedert could be heavily involved in the passing attack if Brown is out or limited against Tampa Bay.

Jan 11 3:20pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) was not seen at practice with the rest of the team on Thursday. Brown went down early in the Week 18 loss to the New York Giants with what looked like a painful knee injury. We haven't really gotten too many specifics on Brown's injury, although it's not considered serious. Still, the 26-year-old will probably need to get back on the practice field to have a shot at suiting up on Monday night in the wild-card game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brown was one of the best wideouts in fantasy in 2023 with his fourth 1,000-yard season and seven touchdowns on a career-high 106 receptions in 17 games, but he'll have bust potential in DFS if he plays on wild-card weekend and isn't at 100 percent. He's currently the third-most expensive receiver on DraftKings.

Jan 10 12:20pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) was scheduled to undergo an MRI exam earlier this week, but the NFL Network's Mike Garafolo says from his understanding, Brown's knee injury isn't believed to be serious. The 26-year-old went down in the Week 18 loss to the New York Giants with a knee injury and looked to be in significant pain. The Eagles have an extra day this week with their wild-card meeting against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night, but Brown's practice status will be worth monitoring later this week for sure. Fellow wideout DeVonta Smith (ankle) missed Week 18, and quarterback Jalen Hurts dislocated a finger on his throwing hand last Sunday, so Philly's best offensive players are heading into the playoff opener with question marks. At a $8,100 DraftKings price tag (third-highest price among receivers), Brown could have bust potential on Monday if he suits up and isn't 100 percent.

Jan 7 6:40pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) won't return to Sunday's game against the New York Giants. The wideout didn't last long before exiting with a knee injury, so he'll finish with one catch for nine yards. Not many can say for sure how severe the injury is. But it's possible the team could be preserving him for the postseason by holding him out, especially since the Eagles likely aren't going to overcome the massive deficit. At any rate, fantasy managers should expect Brown to appear on the injury report ahead of Philly's first postseason contest. However, he'll likely be out there, contingent on the severity of his ailment.

Jan 7 5:10pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (knee) exited during the first quarter of Sunday's game against the New York Giants and is officially questionable to return. At the time of his departure, he had caught one pass for nine yards and also lost a fumble. The Eagles are still in contention for an NFC East title and would love to get Brown back, but they still need to be cautious ahead of the playoffs. DeVonta Smith (ankle) is already sidelined, so the Eagles will have to rely on tight end Dallas Goedert, Olamide Zaccheaus, Quez Watkins, and Julio Jones in the passing game.

Jan 5 9:10pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown will go on the road to take on the New York Giants in Week 18. Fellow receiver DeVonta Smith (ankle) has already been ruled out for Sunday's game due to an ankle injury that he suffered late in last week's loss to the Cardinals. With little production coming from the likes of Quez Watkins and Julio Jones this season, Brown could be force-fed targets this weekend. Offensive coordinator Brian Johnson already relayed to the press this week that they need to get the 26-year-old more involved, and that should start Sunday with Smith out. Brown gained 80 yards on six receptions back in Week 16 in the two team's first meeting and will aim to clear that line to end the regular season. Consider the fifth-year receiver a top-five option in Week 18.

Jan 3 11:00am ET

Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Brian Johnson recognizes the lack of productivity for All-Pro wide receiver A.J. Brown in recent weeks and said the team needs to do a better job getting him the ball. "A.J. is a great player, and we've got to force him the ball sometimes and make sure we get him going," Johnson said Tuesday, via the team's official transcript. Brown remarkably posted six straight games for 125+ receiving yards early in the season, but he has just one game of at least 100 receiving yards since Week 9. In last week's loss to the Arizona Cardinals, Brown hauled in just four passes for 53 yards. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, his week-winning upside disappeared when it mattered most in the fantasy football playoffs. With the frustration mounting in Philadelphia, Brown could be force-fed targets in the Week 18 finale against the New York Giants. He remains a must-start in fantasy football and a strong DFS option.

Dec 31 6:20pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown caught four of five targets for 53 yards during the team's 35-31 loss to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 17. The 26-year-old drew his second-lowest target share of the season, and while he led the Eagles in receiving yards, it was his lowest total since Week 12. The Eagles benefited from short fields early on in this game and never got into a rhythm offensively. DeVonta Smith (knee) left the game late and was spotted in a walking boot after the game. Brown will likely see a heavy target share next week as the only Eagles receiver with any sort of consistent production outside of Smith. Brown will continue to be considered a WR1 heading into the final week of the regular season.

Dec 29 9:30pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown will face off against the Arizona Cardinals in the team's final home game of the regular season in Week 17. The 26-year-old started off slow last week with just one catch in the first half but was force-fed targets in the second half and ended the day with 80 yards on six receptions. Brown's issue the past few weeks has been touchdowns, as he has not found the end zone since Week 12 against the Buffalo Bills. With that said, the Eagles' top receiver has had at least 10 targets in each of the past four games and should be featured heavily against a struggling Arizona defense. The Cardinals rank 19th in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers but have given up plenty of top-12 performances over the course of the year. Brown remains a WR1 heading into many managers' fantasy football title games this weekend.

From RotoBaller

Dec 25 8:20pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown caught six of 11 targets for 80 yards during the team's 33-25 win over the New York Giants. The Eagles star receiver got off to a slow start in this game, ending the first half with just one reception. However, Brown was peppered with targets to start the second half and ended up having a decent fantasy performance. Quarterback Jalen Hurts threw just one touchdown pass in this game as the Eagles controlled the clock with the run game and found the end zone twice on the ground. This was Brown's fourth game in a row with 10 or more targets, and he will remain a rock-solid WR1 heading into next week's game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Dec 24 8:30am ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown was quiet in a Week 15 loss to the Seattle Seahawks as he caught just five passes for 56 yards. Brown is now in the midst of a three-game scoreless streak which he will look to break in Week 16 against the New York Giants. The Giants have been a welcoming matchup for wide receivers in 2023 as they are allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to the position. Brown is a must-start whenever he's on the field and the matchup sets him up as a top-three fantasy option heading into Monday night.

From RotoBaller

Dec 19 8:50am ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown caught five of 10 targets for 56 yards during the team's 17-20 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The 26-year-old was bottled up all night against the Seattle secondary and could do little after the catch. After three weeks of double-digit fantasy outings in Half-PRR formats, Brown finished below 10 points for the first time since Week 11. Quarterback Jalen Hurts was clearly feeling the effects of his illness, but it is no excuse for a poor performance against a Seattle secondary that has allowed plenty of big fantasy performances to opposing wide receivers, especially with double-digit targets. Brown will remain a WR1 option next week when the Eagles take on the New York Giants.

From RotoBaller

Dec 15 8:10pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown will go on the road to face off against the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night in Week 15. The 26-year-old gained over 90 yards for the second week in a row last week but failed to find the end zone and committed a crucial fumble in scoring range against the Cowboys. The Seahawks defense is the perfect one to get right against at the moment in all phases. Seattle allows the sixth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers this year and is allowing 12 yards per reception. There is a good chance the Eagles will run the ball at a higher rate this week, with Seattle also struggling to stop opposing running backs, but Brown can do plenty of damage on a low reception total if needed. He remains squarely as a WR1 for fantasy managers in the first week of the fantasy football playoffs.

Dec 11 9:00am ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown caught nine of 13 targets for 93 yards and lost a fumble during the team's 13-33 loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 14. It is the second week in a row the 26-year-old has been targeted 13 times, but Brown committed a crucial fumble in scoring range that kept him from finding the end zone again. He was not the only Eagle to lose the football on a drive that looked like it would end in a score on Sunday night. Better days are ahead for the Eagles' top receiver, with the team's remaining four games being much easier compared to the gauntlet of opponents they have faced over the past month. With Seattle up next on the schedule, fantasy managers can continue to fire up Brown as a clear-cut WR1.

From RotoBaller

Dec 8 11:10am ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown will face off against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night in Week 14. The 26-year-old got back on track and gained 114 yards after two down weeks, and will look to find the end zone against Dallas again like he did in Week 9. With tight end Dallas Goedert (forearm) out the past three weeks, defenses have been able to key in on Brown and put plenty of defenders on him. However, Goedert has been practicing in full this week and will look to make his return. Dallas allows the ninth-fewest points per game to wide receivers but was torched by DK Metcalf last week for 134 yards and three touchdowns. Brown already found a way to finish with 66 yards and a touchdown against the Cowboys earlier this year and should be considered a rock-solid WR1 in the rematch this weekend.

From RotoBaller

Dec 3 8:30pm ET

Eagles' WR A.J. Brown had 8 receptions for 114 yards but no touchdowns in Sunday's loss against the 49ers.

Dec 3 7:50pm ET

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown caught eight of 13 targets for 114 yards during the team's 19-42 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The 26-year-old saw plenty of work throughout the game but came up short of finding the end zone. Philadelphia threw the ball 45 times, tied for the most this year back in Week 6 when the team suffered their first loss to the New York Jets. The Eagles played three games in quick succession, so expect the offense to regroup this week and prepare for their Monday night showdown in Week 14 against their division rival, the Dallas Cowboys. Brown is matchup-proof for fantasy purposes and will again be a top-tier option.
