Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson was pretty quiet in the 23-20 win over the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl LVI on Sunday. Even with Odell Beckham Jr. (knee) not playing at all in the second half, Jefferson recorded four catches on eight targets for only 23 receiving yards. His eight targets were second only to MVP Cooper Kupp, but Jefferson was unable to get anything going down the field for the Rams. The 25-year-old saw significant growth in his second pro season, however, catching 50 of his 89 targets for 802 yards and six touchdowns in 17 regular season games. He served as the Rams No. 2 pass-catcher for a bit after Robert Woods' season-ending injury, and Jefferson will likely remain a boom/bust WR4/flex for fantasy managers next season.

Feb 12 8:40am ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) has been removed from the team's injury report and he is set to suit up for Super Bowl LVI against the Cincinnati Bengals. Jefferson has been dealing with a knee injury since before the NFC Championship game. He was able to play in the game, but caught just two of his five targets for nine yards. Jefferson is the clear No. 3 receiver on the Rams behind Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr. He actually slightly out-snapped Odell Beckham Jr. 67 to 66 in the NFC Championship game while Ben Skowronek was a distant fourth on the team in receiver snaps with just 21. However, Kupp and Beckham should dominate targets in the Super Bowl, making Jefferson nothing more than a risky touchdown-or-bust play.

Feb 10 7:20pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) was able to log a full practice Thursday, a significant step in the right direction as it pertains to suiting up for Super Bowl LVI on Sunday. Jefferson was limited as recently as Wednesday, but the team's No. 3 wideout has now cleared a significant hurdle. While the 25-year-old was held to nine receiving yards during the NFC Championship Game, he remains an intriguing DFS tournament play at his price tag; he played 90 and 87 percent of L.A.'s offensive snaps over their past two games, respectively, indicative of his upside. Jefferson's availability likely knocks Ben Skowronek from any fantasy consideration, while further boosting Matthew Stafford's appeal due to a multiplicity of pass-catching weapons.

Feb 9 9:20pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) was able to practice on a limited basis on Wednesday. Jefferson was limited in two practices last week before being rested last Friday, so he should be good to play in the Super Bowl on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, barring any late-week setbacks. The 25-year-old has been the clear No. 3 wideout behind Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr., and he has a modest five receptions on nine targets for 79 yards and no touchdowns in the team's three playoff games. In the NFC Championship win over the San Francisco 49ers, Jefferson caught just two of his five targets for nine yards. He'll be a low-priced, boom/bust DFS option for the big game on Sunday.

Feb 4 8:30pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) did not practice on Friday after he was limited in Wednesday's and Thursday's sessions. The Rams were likely just giving Jefferson a day of rest heading into the final week of practice next week before the Super Bowl against the Cincinnati Bengals. The 25-year-old should be available for the big game, where he will continue to serve as the No. 3 receiver behind Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr. Jefferson caught just two of his five targets for nine yards in the NFC Championship win over the San Francisco 49ers, and he has five receptions for 79 yards on nine targets in three playoff contests this year for the Rams. He'll remain a boom/bust deep threat for fantasy purposes against the Bengals.

Feb 3 7:20pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) was limited during Thursday's practice. Jefferson aggravated his knee injury during the NFC Championship game. However, the fact he is on the practice field is good news for his availability for the Super Bowl. He finished with two receptions for nine yards during the victory over the San Francisco 49ers last Sunday. There doesn't seem to be much reason to believe Jefferson is in danger of missing the Super Bowl. He should resume his normal role as the WR3 in Los Angeles.

Feb 3 8:30am ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) was listed as a limited participant in Wednesday's estimated practice report. The 25-year-old was limited last week with a knee issue but suited up for the NFC Championship Game against the San Francisco 49ers. He caught two of five targets for nine yards in last Sunday's win. The Rams put out an injury report despite not practicing Wednesday. Jefferson is expected to have his practice reps limited to help him fully recover from his knee injury. The former second-round pick is expected to play in the Super Bowl against the Cincinnati Bengals and should be in his usual role as the Rams WR3.

Jan 29 9:10pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) is expected to play in Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the San Francisco 49ers. He is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's contest but had a good week of practice and is trending in the right direction towards suiting up. The 25-year-old caught two passes for 31 yards in the Week 18 loss to the 49ers. Van Jefferson should be in his usual role as the Rams WR3 and provides salary relief with his $5,200 price tag, making him a solid option against the 49ers in Sunday's main DFS slate.

From RotoBaller

Jan 28 6:30pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers. Despite the status, Jefferson has practiced this week and appears to be in line to play on Sunday. Through two playoff games, Jefferson has just three receptions, so there's a low floor for fantasy players who choose to use him in DFS lineups this weekend.

Jan 27 8:40pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) was able to suit up for practice on Thursday. He was limited during this session, but is on track to play against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. Last week, Jefferson had two receptions for 29 yards during the Divisional Round victory. It sounds like Jefferson is on track to play this weekend, but isn't exactly the best DFS option. He'll be the third receiving option behind Odell Beckham Jr. and Cooper Kupp.

Jan 26 9:10pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) did not practice on Wednesday due to a knee injury. The 25-year-old did not participate in the Rams walkthrough session and was listed as a non-participant. He's considered day-to-day, and it's unclear if Van Jefferson will miss the NFC Championship Game against the San Francisco 49ers. He caught two passes for 31 yards in the Week 18 loss to the 49ers. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status throughout the week. If active, Van Jefferson provides salary relief with his $5,200 price tag and is a solid option against the 49ers in Sunday's main DFS slate. Stay tuned.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (shoulder) is officially active on Monday night against the Arizona Cardinals after he was listed as questionable to play on the final injury report for wild-card week. Although Jefferson is the Rams No. 3 receiver behind Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr., he could do damage deep down the field against a Cardinals defense that has given up a lot of big plays to opponents through the air in the last three weeks of action. Jefferson also played very well against Arizona in two earlier games this year, catching eight of his nine targets for 148 yards and two touchdowns. Consider him an enticing DFS sleeper play in hopes that he can connect with quarterback Matthew Stafford deep down the field.

Jan 15 11:10pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (shoulder) was limited in practice for the second straight day on Saturday and is questionable to play in Monday's wild-card tilt against the division-rival Arizona Cardinals. Jefferson will be a low-cost DFS sleeper if he's active on Monday night against a Cardinals defense that he torched in two games during the regular season for an 8-148-2 line on nine targets. He had only 2.9 catches per game in 17 contests, but he managed 802 yards and six touchdowns in his second season in LA. If he plays and can break free for a couple long gains and maybe a score, Jefferson could return some nice value for fantasy managers. If he's out, rookie Ben Skowronek will be the No. 3 receiver behind Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr.

From RotoBaller

Jan 14 6:40pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (shoulder) was downgraded from a full practice on Thursday to a limited participant on Friday. It's unclear if Jefferson actually suffered a setback that might put his status in question for Monday night's wild-card game against the Arizona Cardinals, but we'll have a better idea of his availability on Saturday. The 25-year-old will continue to serve as LA's No. 3 receiver behind Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr. if he's able to play, and could be a nice DFS sleeper target this weekend. Jefferson finished off the year on a quiet note, but he has an opportunity to make some splash plays deep down the field against a Cardinals defense that allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per game to WRs this year. Jefferson had eight catches on nine targets for 148 yards and two TDs in his two previous games against Arizona in 2021.

From RotoBaller

Jan 13 10:40pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson (shoulder) was listed as a full participant for the team's first practice of the week on Thursday. Jefferson could be a fine under-the-radar DFS selection this weekend at a cheap price ($4,500 on DraftKings) despite a quiet finish to the regular season. After scoring for a third straight week in Week 14 -- against the Arizona Cardinals, who the Rams play on Monday -- Jefferson finished with a combined nine catches on 14 targets for 123 scoreless yards in the final four games. The 25-year-old averaged only 2.9 catches in 17 games, but he posted 47.2 receiving yards per contest and will be facing a Cardinals defense that allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per games to pass-catchers all year. In his two games against Arizona, Jefferson had eight receptions for 148 yards and two touchdowns on nine targets.

Jan 2 11:00pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson bounced back from his performance a week ago, but it was still a relatively quiet outing in Week 17 against the Baltimore Ravens. Jefferson caught four of his five targets for 63 yards on the day, including a long of 35 yards. The Ravens have been the worst defense against deep passes all season long, and Jefferson was just unable to find his way into the end zone on one of those deep shots. Jefferson relies mostly on deep connections with quarterback Matthew Stafford, so he's a bit of a boom/bust option for fantasy managers, but you can't argue with the upside as a WR4/flex.

From RotoBaller

Dec 26 6:50pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson had his second straight quiet performance after he struggled through the Week 16 game against the Minnesota Vikings. Jefferson caught just one of his six targets for six yards. One of the major struggles that Jefferson dealt with in this matchup was his inability to connect with quarterback Matthew Stafford on any of the deep shots that were thrown his way. Jefferson has clearly settled into the role of field-stretcher for this offense, but that makes him somewhat of a boom-or-bust flex play on a weekly basis. You should be looking for a safer option moving forward in the fantasy playoffs.

From RotoBaller

Dec 20 4:20pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson has remained the WR3 in this offense, but he could still be in for some fantasy value in Week 15 against the Seattle Seahawks on Tuesday. Jefferson had seen four or more targets in every game since Week 3 prior to last week, but his big-play ability helps to alleviate some of the concerns you may have in regards to lack of overall volume. He's caught a touchdown in each of his last three games, and he'll match up against Seattle's third cornerback on the depth chart. The Seahawks are 10th in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers this season, but Jefferson should still have some fantasy value this week as a WR4/flex in this potent offense.

From RotoBaller

Dec 14 3:00pm ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson saw his fewest targets since Week 2, but he still managed a solid fantasy outing in Week 14 against the Arizona Cardinals. Jefferson caught two of his three targets for 58 yards and a touchdown. He also had one carry for 10 yards in the game. Jefferson has now scored in three straight weeks, and he remains a big-play threat waiting to happen after catching a 52-yard bomb in this one. His three targets were just the third time this year that he had seen fewer than four targets in a game, although the team was not throwing as much in the second half due to their big lead. Jefferson has flex value every single week in this offense.

From RotoBaller

Dec 6 11:50am ET

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Van Jefferson saw his role continue to grow and finished with a great outing against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13. Jefferson caught six of his eight targets for 41 yards and a score. This was just the second game this season for Jefferson where he finished with more than four catches, and it was his sixth game in a row with at least six targets and three receptions. Jefferson is firmly locked into this offense right now, and he's seeing a healthy volume of targets every week that has him safely in the flex category for fantasy lineups.
