Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks has hauled in just 16 of his 30 targets for 221 yards and no touchdowns in 10 games this season. He has continued to disappoint throughout his sophomore season, keeping him firmly off the fantasy radar against the Jacksonville Jaguars -- even in deep leagues. The Titans are in rebuild mode, so look for the team to add target competition behind DeAndre Hopkins next season. Burks has a bleak future outlook, but since he was a former first-round pick, he'll have at least a minuscule amount of fantasy intrigue next year.

Jan 1 7:10pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks continued to do very little in Sunday's 26-3 loss to the Houston Texans in Week 17. Burks finished the contest with two catches on his three targets for 11 yards in a game in which rookie quarterback Will Levis (foot) was injured early and never returned. The only good news for Burks was that he played 83 percent of the offensive snaps, which was his most since the season opener. Since returning from a concussion that kept him out from Weeks 10-12, the 23-year-old former first-rounder has just eight receptions on 12 targets for 99 yards and no touchdowns. In this lackluster offense, Burks cannot be trusted in starting fantasy lineups. In 10 games total in his second NFL season, he has 16 catches for 221 yards and no TDs on 30 targets. Burks is quickly becoming a first-round bust in Tennessee.

Dec 28 2:20pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks has secured just 14 of his 27 targets for 210 yards and no touchdowns in nine games this year. Although he showed signs of life with 62 receiving yards in Week 15 against the Houston Texans, he remains off the fantasy radar in the Week 17 rematch. The former first-round pick has struggled through a ton of injuries, and he hasn't been productive when active. His fantasy outlook is as bleak as ever, so there's no need to consider him in lineups during the fantasy football championship.

Dec 21 5:40pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (illness) missed a second straight day of practice on Thursday due to an illness. Meanwhile, fellow receiver Kyle Philips (hamstring) returned to a limited practice after sitting out Wednesday's session. Burks is going to need to return to the practice field on Friday to avoid being ruled out for the Week 16 game on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. The second-year wideout has already missed six games due to injury in 2023 and isn't really on the fantasy radar to begin with in Tennessee's lackluster offense. In the last two weeks, he's caught only four passes for 63 yards and no touchdowns on six targets. DeAndre Hopkins is the only fantasy relevant wideout for the Titans and he, too, could be a disappointment this weekend with quarterback Ryan Tannehill likely taking over for the injured Will Levis (ankle).

Dec 21 3:10pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks showed signs of life last week against the Houston Texans, posting three receptions for 62 yards. In Week 16, he'll face a Seattle Seahawks defense that has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to wideouts. Additionally, Nick Westbrook Ikhine (hand) has been placed on Injured Reserve, meaning his season is over. While these developments are promising for Burks, he could be catching passes from Ryan Tannehill instead of rookie Will Levis (ankle) on Sunday. Levis has raised the ceiling of the Titans' passing offense, while Tannehill has looked like a shell of his former self in 2023. Based on Burks overall body of work, he should be avoided in Week 16. If Levis does play, Burks has some appeal in ultra-deep leagues.

Dec 17 4:30pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks had only three catches in Sunday's loss to the Texans. However, it was still enough to give him a team-high 62 receiving yards. Unfortunately, the Titans offense had a rough day, with Derrick Henry gaining only nine yards off 16 touches. That said, Burks entered the 2023-24 campaign with plenty of hype. However, besides missing time due to injury, he only has 24 catches on the year. Even worse, Burks hasn't scored a touchdown. With this in mind, he's not someone to consider in any fantasy format in Week 16 versus the Seattle Seahawks.

Dec 14 2:00pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks rushed one time for five yards and caught one pass for one yard in the Week 14 win over the Miami Dolphins. It was nice to see the former first-round pick return to a full-time role after a serious concussion in Week 9, but he continued to fail to make an impact in fantasy football. Despite the Houston Texans' secondary struggling heading into Week 15, Burks has not done enough to make him worth gambling on in the first round of the fantasy football playoffs. Keep him on the bench or waiver wire in Week 15.

Dec 8 5:00pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks returned in Week 13 to face the Indianapolis Colts, but he posted just a 12% snap share. Burks missed the previous three games due to a concussion, so the Titans limited his snaps after he missed practice and meetings for several weeks. Against the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football, he should return to a full-time role. However, he remains off the fantasy radar since he's posted just eight receptions for 122 yards in six games this year. The 2022 first-round pick has had horrible injury luck, but the production hasn't been there even when he's been healthy. A matchup against Jalen Ramsey or Xavien Howard is unlikely to be friendly.

From RotoBaller

Dec 6 12:50pm CT

Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel said he's hoping to see more from wide receiver Treylon Burks on Monday Night Football against the Miami Dolphins as the team ramps him up. Burks missed three games with a concussion before returning in the Week 13 overtime loss to the Indianapolis Colts, where he played only nine offensive snaps and wasn't targeted at all. The Titans will probably have to take to the air often against Miami in Week 14, but even with increased snaps, it doesn't mean that Burks will suddenly be in play as a flex option for fantasy managers in the deepest of leagues. The 23-year-old former first-rounder has been a bust so far in his NFL career, catching just one touchdown pass and missing 12 of a possible 29 games due to injuries.

Dec 3 10:40am CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) is officially active for Week 13 versus the Indianapolis Colts. Burks had been listed as questionable but evidently cleared concussion protocol in time for kickoff Sunday. The 23-year-old has battled several injuries this season, playing in five games while catching just eight passes for 122 yards. He is not a major factor on offense and therefore can be avoided in most fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) is expected to play in Week 13, per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Burks had been listed as questionable but evidently cleared concussion protocol in time for kickoff Sunday. The 23-year-old has battled several injuries this season, playing in five games while catching just eight passes for 122 yards. Even if confirmed as active, he has not yet emerged as a major factor on offense and therefore can be avoided in most fantasy leagues.

Dec 1 3:10pm CT

Updating from a previous report, Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) is questionable to face the Indianapolis Colts in Week 13. Mike Vrabel stated that no that Titans' player is being ruled out for Sunday, but Burks still carries a "Q" tag into the AFC South battle. If he returns, it'll be his first game back from a three-game absence after he suffered a brutal hit that led to a concussion in Week 9. Although the Colts' defense was shredded by the pass to begin the season, they are now just a neutral matchup for wideouts. Burks is not worth starting this week, as DeAndre Hopkins is the clear No. 1 wide receiver for Will Levis.

Dec 1 2:10pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) was removed from Friday's final Week 13 injury report and he will play on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, according to head coach Mike Vrabel. Burks will finally put an end to his three-game absence from a concussion that he suffered in Week 9 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. His return is bad news for receivers Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Kyle Philips, but they weren't realistic starting fantasy options to begin with in the time that Burks missed. The 23-year-old could have his snaps limited in his first game back, but he should eventually settle in as Tennessee's No. 2 wideout behind DeAndre Hopkins. It's a boost to rookie quarterback Will Levis if Burks can remain healthy the rest of the way. At best, Burks is a bench stash in deeper fantasy leagues.

Nov 30 7:00pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) upgraded to a full practice session on Thursday after he was listed as limited on Wednesday. Head coach Mike Vrabel expressed hope earlier this week that the team would be getting Burks back soon, and it could come as soon as this Sunday to face the Indianapolis Colts. The 23-year-old must clear the league's concussion protocol for the first time since suffering a head injury in Week 9. Expect the Titans to ease Burks back into the fold, though, so fantasy managers in deep leagues shouldn't expect the second-year receiver to suddenly produce. In the five games he's played for the Titans this year, Burks has only eight catches on 18 targets for 122 yards and no touchdowns. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine has been the No. 2 behind DeAndre Hopkins, but it hasn't amounted to much production in this lackluster, run-first offense.

Nov 29 11:50pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) was seen practicing on Wednesday. It's been almost four weeks since Burks suffered a scary head injury against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night in Week 9. So, it's a great sign to see the 23-year-old on the practice field in some capacity. Wednesday marked his first on-field work since he suffered a concussion on Nov. 2. The Titans plan to be careful with Burks moving forward, and it remains unseen if the team will play him this weekend, even if he is fully healthy. If the wideout does suit up, he likely won't carry much fantasy value and should only be started in deeper formats in Week 13 against the Indianapolis Colts.

Nov 29 11:40am CT

Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel is hopeful that wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) will be able to return soon. Burks suffered a concussion in Week 9 in the loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers and hasn't practiced or played since, missing three games while in the league's concussion protocol. The 23-year-old could have a chance to play in Week 13 against the Indianapolis Colts if he can return to practice this week. Burks has been a first-round bust so far in Tennessee and he also missed Weeks 4-6 with a knee sprain this year. In five games played, he has eight catches for 122 scoreless yards, so he won't suddenly become a must-have in fantasy leagues when he returns to the starting lineup. In his absence, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Kyle Philips and Chris Moore have seen more run behind DeAndre Hopkins, but it hasn't amounted to much production at all in this run-first offense.

Nov 24 2:00pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) has been ruled out for the Week 12 game on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. Burks hasn't played in a game since suffering a concussion in Week 9, so he'll miss his third straight game and sixth overall in 2023. He wasn't really moving the fantasy needle when he was healthy, either, catching only eight of 18 targets for 122 yards and no touchdowns in five games played. Until further notice, Burks belongs on the waiver wire in most single-year fantasy leagues. DeAndre Hopkins it the only Titans pass-catcher that should be trusted in starting fantasy lineups, although Tennessee will be taking on a short-handed Panthers secondary this week. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Kyle Philips and Chris Moore will be hoping for bigger roles with Burks still sidelined.

From RotoBaller

Nov 22 7:20pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) remained sidelined at practice on Wednesday. Burks hasn't practiced or played in the last two weeks after suffering a concussion late in the Week 9 game on Thursday Night Football against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Burks isn't off to a good start this week and must clear the NFL's concussion protocol if he is to avoid missing his third straight game and sixth overall in his second NFL season. Until further notice, he belongs firmly planted on the waiver wire in your league in redraft formats. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Kyle Philips and Chris Moore have been seeing more snaps behind DeAndre Hopkins with Burks sidelined, but it hasn't really led to any notable performances through the air.

Nov 21 8:40pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) did not participate in his team's walkthrough on Tuesday. Burks has been sidelined since suffering a head injury back in Week 9 and remains in the league's concussion protocol. Burks is looking unlikely to be able to suit up for his team's Week 12 matchup against the Carolina Panthers, although he still has three chances throughout the remainder of the week to get back on the field. If he ultimately ends up missing a third straight game, it would be a boost for DeAndre Hopkins, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, and Kyle Philips.

From RotoBaller

Nov 17 1:20pm CT

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) has been officially ruled out for Week 11 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Burks suffered a concussion in Week 9 and has yet to return to practice and will now miss his second straight game. DeAndre Hopkins will continue to serve as the clear No. 1 target for rookie quarterback Will Levis, with Kyle Philips, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Chris Moore battling for targets behind Hopkins. Philips might be the most intriguing deep-league flex consideration after catching seven passes on 10 targets for 129 yards in the last two contests with Burks sidelined. Burks, meanwhile, should be on the waiver wire in standard-sized fantasy leagues after catching eight passes for 122 yards and no touchdowns in just five games in 2023.
