Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram led all tight ends and finished fourth in the NFL with 114 receptions in 2023.

Fantasy Spin: Engram shattered his previous career highs in both receptions and receiving yards, and he has enjoyed the two best seasons of his career during his two seasons in Jacksonville. Engram should be a TE1 again in 2024.

From TheHuddle

Jan 7 7:50pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram caught 10 of his 13 targets for 79 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's meeting with the Titans. With the loss, the Jaguars were eliminated from postseason contention. However, Engram put forth his best effort, so he can't shoulder much of the blame. Overall, the 29-year-old arguably had the best season of his career. He caught 114 passes, doing so despite the subpar play of Trevor Lawrence. Engram also nearly hit the 1,000-yard receiving mark and found the end zone four times. That said, his stock will be much higher than most at the position ahead of the 2024-25 campaign. If Lawrence can get his act together, Engram could be in line for his best year in the league.

Jan 6 2:10pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram heads to Nashville to face the Titans in a "win and in" playoff scenario this Sunday. The veteran tight end continued his career year last week, adding a team high-six catches and 60 yards to his already stellar numbers. Engram is now just six receptions away from being the fourth tight end in league history to record 110 or more catches. While he has still only recorded three scores on the season, Engram is first in targets and second in yards after the catch among tight ends. Even if C.J. Beathard draws the start for a second consecutive week, Engram is a no-brainer play against a reeling Titans defense. While Tennessee has been able to limit opposing tight ends, Engram's target volume is simply too high to leave on fantasy benches.

Jan 1 12:50am ET

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram had a team-high six catches for 60 yards in Sunday's win over the Carolina Panthers. Travis Etienne Jr. did most of the heavy lifting on the offensive end in this one, finishing with two rushing touchdowns. However, Engram was still productive for fantasy managers, doing so with backup C.J. Beathard under center. At any rate, the 29-year-old now has 104 catches in 16 games this season, the most of his career by far. While Engram has just three touchdowns this season, he's still a top fantasy tight end, meaning he should be in the lineup for Week 18 versus the Titans.

Dec 30 3:00pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram heads into a pivotal Week 17 home matchup against Carolina tomorrow. It's been a tale of streaks for the veteran tight end this season. Engram hit four consecutive top-10 weekly finishes to start the year, then failed to reach that mark for the next seven in half-PPR scoring. He's been a top-six option at the position in three out of the past four outings, but now finds himself in a tough matchup at home against the Panthers. Carolina ranks top-five in fantasy points allowed to the position in 2023 and are second in yards allowed to tight ends. Backup C.J. Beathard will start, but this shouldn't hurt Engram's value very much given that he been the quarterback's favorite target when both players have been on the field. With a banged up group of pass-catchers, Engram should command a significant target share and thus cannot be left out of fantasy lineups even with a difficult matchup.

Dec 24 10:20pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram caught 10 passes for 95 yards, also losing a fumble in a 30-12 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Engram once again led the team in targets and tied a career high with 15, giving fantasy managers another top-ten weekly finish at his position. Not much was working for the Jags all game long but quarterback Trevor Lawrence hit Engram countless times over the middle which led to Engram tying a season-high in receiving yards. The veteran remains one of the most reliable options at tight end and will hope to continue his solid play next week vs. the Carolina Panthers.

Dec 23 5:00pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram takes on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a vital Week 16 clash. Engram unfortunately fell victim to the elite Baltimore Ravens defense last week, posting his lowest output of the season. However, the game prior he was TE1 with 27 half-PPR points, which was the second-highest total of his career. The Bucs ranks 26th against opposing tight-ends on the season, and with Engram likely to receive even more looks with Zay Jones banged up and Christian Kirk remaining out, the vet is a lineup lock for Week 16. Except top-five production this week.

Dec 18 1:20am ET

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram secured four passes on six targets for 28 yards in a loss to Baltimore. The veteran tight end almost reached 'on fire' status, but ended up sinking with the rest of the Jaguars weapons in a disappointing effort. After two dominant 20+ point performances, Engram came back down to earth with only 4.8 half-PPR fantasy points, which gave him a season-worst TE28 finish on the year. The former Ole Miss star is still an incredibly crucial part of this offense, tying for third on the team in targets, but the Jaguars need to take a step back and reevaluate their plan of attack after a third straight loss. Things should get much easier next week when the Jaguars travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers.

Dec 16 12:30pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram heads into a Week 15 AFC showdown on Sunday Night Football with the Baltimore Ravens. Consecutive monster outings for Engram have catapulted him to TE5 on the season through 14 weeks. Engram is the No. 1 scoring tight end since Week 10 and ranks No. 2 in that time span in targets received, only behind David Njoku of the Browns. Baltimore presents a uniquely tough matchup with the Ravens ranking No. 9 against the position on the season, but Engram is simply too hot to be left on benches this week. His target volume and importance to this passing attack make him a top-five option once again.

Jaguars' TE Evan Engram scored an impressive 32.50 fantasy points in Sunday's Week 14 loss in Cleveland. Engram caught 11 passes for 95 yards with two touchdowns. It's the 1st time this season Engram scored at least 25 fantasy points in a game.

Dec 10 10:30pm ET

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram hauled in 11 passes on 12 targets for 95 yards and two scores in a loss at Cleveland on Sunday. It was a monster performance from the veteran tight end, whose 27-half PPR points marked the second most of his long career. Engram was reeling in passes all over the field with the Jaguars playing from behind the entire game and caught almost everything thrown his way. His 91% catch percentage was by far the highest on the team (minimum five targets), and he also received the most red zone looks on the day. This week also marked two straight games with touchdowns after being held out of the end zone in Weeks 1-12. Even with the tough matchup next week at Baltimore, Engram is a lineup lock in any size league.

Dynasty | Jaguars tight end Evan Engram posted 11 catches for 95 yards and two touchdowns in a loss against Cleveland. Dynasty Analysis: Engram was having a pretty quiet year in the scoring department and didn't have a single touchdown until last week. However, fantasy managers who thought that was the start of something big were rewarded with today's monster game. With a whopping 20 catches over the past two weeks, Engram is clearly climbing the ladder of must-start tight ends.
