New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin hauled in two of his three targets for 16 yards in a Week 18 win over the New England Patriots. While this was a quiet showing from Conklin, none of the pass-catching options on either team made much of an impact on Sunday in the snowy Foxborough weather. New York relied heavily on its rushing attack, finishing the contest with just 70 passing yards. Conklin will conclude the campaign with a career-best 621 receiving yards while tying his career-high of 61 receptions. He unfortunately did not record a touchdown this season and will hope to have more success with Aaron Rodgers under center in 2024.

Jan 6 1:50am ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin has earned at least five targets in six consecutive games and should remain involved against the New England Patriots in his final matchup of the campaign. Unfortunately, the 28-year-old may struggle to do much with his opportunities on Sunday as New England has surrendered the second-fewest fantasy points to tight ends this year. Furthermore, the Patriots have allowed just two touchdowns to tight ends, so Conklin seems likely to finish the season with zero trips to the end zone. Fantasy managers would be wise to look elsewhere for a starting option in Week 18.

Dec 29 12:50am ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin hauled in all five of his targets for 45 yards in a Week 17 loss to the Cleveland Browns. Conklin was once again involved with Trevor Siemian under center and tallied the second-most receiving yards of any Jets player. Although Conklin has posted respectable numbers this year, he has not scored a touchdown since Week 8 of the 2022-2023 campaign. His final opportunity to find the end zone this season will come against the New England Patriots in Week 18.

From RotoBaller

Dec 28 1:20am ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin has not scored double-digit fantasy points since Week 10 and could continue to struggle in an away matchup against the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night. Cleveland has surrendered the third-fewest fantasy points to tight ends this season and is extremely stingy against the pass at home. Conklin will likely see a fair amount of targets but scoring is expected to be limited in this contest with a projected point total of just 34.5. Fantasy managers would be wise to avoid Conklin in the vast majority of leagues this week.

From RotoBaller

Dec 25 2:00am ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin recorded four receptions for 36 yards on seven targets in a Week 16 victory over the Washington Commanders. Even with Trevor Siemian drawing the start, Conklin once again saw plenty of utilization but failed to make an impact for fantasy purposes. Although he has been a dependable short-yardage option for New York throughout the season, the 28-year-old has not found the end zone once in 15 games played. Fantasy managers should look elsewhere for production next week as Conklin faces a challenging Cleveland Browns defense on Thursday night.

From RotoBaller

Dec 22 9:40pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin has earned the second-most targets on the team this season and should continue to see plenty of opportunities against the Washington Commanders in Week 16. Although Washington's defense has limited opposing tight ends in 2023, it surrenders the most points and passing yards in the NFL, so Conklin could certainly find success in this matchup. While the 28-year-old has received most of his looks from Zach Wilson (concussion) this year, he did see five targets last week from Trevor Siemian, who will be starting under center on Sunday. He has not been particularly productive recently, but fantasy managers in desperate need of a starter should at least be able to trust Conklin's utilization in this contest.

From RotoBaller

Dec 17 7:40pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin recorded four receptions for 18 yards on seven targets in a 30-0 loss to the Miami Dolphins. The Jets' offense was unable to do much of anything on Sunday with Trevor Siemian replacing Zach Wilson (concussion) before halftime. Although it didn't translate into much fantasy production, Conklin led the team in both targets and receptions. With New York's quarterback situation in flux, Conklin will be off the fantasy radar in Week 16 against a Washington Commanders defense that has been stout against tight ends.

From RotoBaller

Dec 15 10:50pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin secured four of six targets for 57 yards with quarterback Zach Wilson under center last week and will look to stay involved against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. Miami's defense has limited opposing tight ends this season but is currently dealing with several injuries. Conklin, who has not scored a single touchdown in 2023, does not carry much upside for fantasy purposes, but he has been consistently utilized in an offense lacking reliable pass-catchers. Fantasy managers in desperate need of a starter should be able to count on Conklin for at least a few receptions in Week 15.

Dec 10 8:30pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin recorded four catches for 57 yards on six targets in the team's Week 14 win over the Houston Texans. Conklin was effective as a downfield option, posting receptions of 20 and 24 yards on deep balls from quarterback Zach Wilson. Although Conklin has not displayed much upside and has been held out of the end zone all season, his utilization in the Jets' passing attack has been relatively consistent. The 28-year-old will remain a fill-in fantasy option for a Week 15 matchup against the Miami Dolphins.

Dec 8 4:50pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin (hamstring) upgraded to a full participant in practice on Friday. He had been limited earlier in the week. The 28-year-old was officially removed from the injury report and will play against the Houston Texans in Week 14. He continues to operate as the Jets' No. 1 tight end and even commanded nine targets last weekend versus Atlanta. However, the struggles of the Jets' passing game have made it impossible to trust him in fantasy football. He's a low-end TE2 for the time being.

From RotoBaller

Dec 7 11:50pm ET

For the second straight day this week, New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin (hamstring) put in a limited practice. Conklin hasn't missed a single game all year and appears to be on the right track to suit up in Week 14 against the Houston Texans. He has yet to find the end zone in 12 games in 2023, but it's worth nothing that he drew a season-high nine targets in the Week 13 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, catching only three of them for 35 yards. While Conklin isn't going to suddenly jump onto the TE1 fantasy tier given the poor offense he resides in, but he should have a higher ceiling now that quarterback Zach Wilson is taking back over as the starter this weekend.

Dec 6 10:00pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin (hamstring) was limited in practice on Wednesday as the team gears up to take on the Houston Texans in Week 14. Conklin appeared to emerge from Week 13's loss to the Atlanta Falcons without any injuries but he is now dealing with a hamstring issue as the Jets open up their week of practice. Conklin getting upgraded to a full practice by Friday would be a good sign for him heading into the weekend. The Jets would turn to Jeremy Ruckert as their No. 1 TE in Week 14 if Conklin ends up not being able to play. Stay tuned.

From RotoBaller

Dec 3 9:00pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin finished with three receptions for 35 yards on nine targets in a Week 13 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Conklin led the team in targets as he frequently received looks from quarterbacks Tim Boyle and Trevor Siemian. Unfortunately, the 28-year-old is still yet to find the end zone this season and has been held to fewer than 40 yards in three straight games. He has an excellent matchup against the Houston Texans next week and can once again be considered a desperation streaming option, especially if Siemian is named the starter.

From RotoBaller

Dec 1 8:10pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin earned five targets from quarterback Tim Boyle last week and should stay involved against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 13. Conklin will hope to capitalize on this matchup as the Falcons have surrendered the sixth-most fantasy points per game to tight ends. With six teams on bye this week, fantasy managers may be forced to check the waiver wire for a starting option. Expectations for the Jets' offense should remain low, but Conklin can be played in a pinch.

From RotoBaller

Nov 24 9:10pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin hauled in four of his five targets for 33 yards in a Week 12 loss to the Miami Dolphins. The Jets' offensive struggles continued with Tim Boyle at quarterback but Conklin led New York's tight end room after being outshined by Jeremy Ruckert in Week 11. Although it is uncertain who will handle QB1 duties for the Jets next week, Conklin will continue to lack upside in what has been a dormant offense. The 28-year-old would have a slightly safer floor with Zach Wilson under center, but fantasy managers should try to avoid Conklin despite a soft matchup against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 13.

From RotoBaller

Nov 23 8:00pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin has seen inconsistent utilization through the first 11 weeks of the season and will hope to be involved in a Week 12 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Last week, Conklin posted fewer targets, receptions, and yards than second-year pro Jeremy Ruckert. It's unclear if the Jets intend to give Ruckert TE1 duties going forward but it seems possible with much of New York's offense in flux. Quarterback Zach Wilson has been benched for Tim Boyle, making it even more difficult to depend on Conklin on Friday. Although the Dolphins surrender the 11th-most fantasy points per game to tight ends, fantasy managers should look elsewhere this week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 19 9:10pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin recorded two receptions for 18 yards on three targets in a 32-6 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Conklin's involvement had picked up over the last two weeks, but it was reported before Sunday's contest that second-year pro Jeremy Ruckert would have an increased role. Ruckert managed three catches for 25 yards and could be in line for additional opportunities moving forward. With much of New York's offense, including the starting quarterback, currently up in the air, fantasy managers should not trust Conklin against the Miami Dolphins on Friday.

From RotoBaller

Nov 17 11:00pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin has surpassed 65 receiving yards in each of his past two games and will look to stay involved in a Week 11 showdown with the Buffalo Bills. The Bills have been solid against tight ends this season, allowing the 12th-fewest fantasy points per contest to the position. Nonetheless, Conklin has proven to be a dependable weapon for quarterback Zach Wilson and has earned the second-most targets on the Jets' offense so far in 2023. His upside may be limited by the difficult matchup as well as New York's offensive struggles, but fantasy managers in need of a starting tight end can roll with Conklin as a volume-based option on Sunday.

From RotoBaller

Nov 13 10:50am ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin hauled in all seven of his targets for 70 yards in a 16-12 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. Conklin is yet to score a touchdown in 2023 but posted his best statistical performance of the campaign on Sunday night. The 28-year-old has emerged as a reliable option for quarterback Zach Wilson and trails only Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall in opportunities this season. The Jets' offensive struggles will continue to plague him for fantasy purposes, but Conklin can be considered a streaming candidate in most matchups. He'll look to stay involved in a divisional showdown with the Buffalo Bills next week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 10 9:50pm ET

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin posted a season-high in receptions last week and will hope to stay involved against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 10. Although he is tied for the second-most targets in New York, Conklin is yet to find the end zone in 2023 and could struggle to find success this week with the Raiders allowing the 12th-fewest fantasy points to tight ends. With so few points expected to be scored on Sunday night, Conklin doesn't offer much fantasy appeal and should only be started in dire circumstances.
