Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. led the team in receiving yards in a Week 18 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs backups. Parham was targeted six times, making five catches for 83 yards. Parham has always had tantalizing upside thanks to his size and athleticism, but injuries and inconsistency have left him as a fantasy afterthought despite all of that. The Chargers roster is sure to look quite different come Week 1 of next season, but Parham is unlikely to carve out a key role outside of his usual red zone involvement.

Dec 19 10:10pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham (shoulder) practiced fully on Tuesday ahead of his team's Saturday game against the Buffalo Bills. Parham missed his team's Week 15 game against the Las Vegas Raiders with a shoulder injury but appears to be over the injury and in line to take the field in Week 16. Parham will resume his role as the No. 2 tight end behind Gerald Everett heading into Saturday's contest, which leaves him as an uninspiring fantasy option heading into the playoff semifinals.

From RotoBaller

Dec 14 7:20pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (shoulder) is not active for Thursday night's battle against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders. Parham put in some limited practices on a short week but will ultimately not play after receiving a questionable tag in Week 15. At best, the 26-year-old has a been a touchdown-dependent TE2 with a low ceiling and low floor in fantasy football, even with Gerald Everett injured. Parham has 22 catches for 202 yards and four touchdowns in 13 games in 2023. Everett is going to have a bigger role in the Chargers offense this week with target-hog receiver Keenan Allen (heel) out. However, Everett will still be only a TE2 streamer in deeper leagues with quarterback Easton Stick making his first career start and in primetime.

Dec 13 6:40pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (shoulder) is questionable ahead of Thursday's meeting with the Raiders. The 26-year-old has been listed as a non-participant at practice all week, although it's hard to gauge how severe his injury is. Nonetheless, with Keenan Allen (heel) ruled out, Parham could see a few extra throws in his direction if he manages to shed his injury designation. But if he isn't on the field in Week 15, that should mean more targets for Gerald Everett.

From RotoBaller

Dec 12 6:30pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight ends Gerald Everett (hip) and Donald Parham Jr. (shoulder) were both listed as limited participants in the team's second walkthrough practice this week on Tuesday. Both Everett and Parham should be ready to play on a short week this Thursday night against the Las Vegas Raiders. However, neither of them will be particularly attractive TE2 streamers in a good matchup now that quarterback Justin Herbert (finger) will miss the rest of the 2023 season. The 29-year-old Everett has been the starter for the Bolts at tight end when healthy, but he's been an inconsistent and touchdown-dependent TE2 option for fantasy managers in 2023 with 34 receptions for 293 yards and three touchdowns in his 11 games played.

Dec 11 8:10pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight ends Gerald Everett (hip) and Donald Parham Jr. (shoulder) were both listed as limited on Monday's estimated practice report. Everett and Parham are no stranger to the injury report this year, but their injuries this week shouldn't be serious enough to keep them from playing this Thursday evening against the Las Vegas Raiders. In the Week 14 loss to the Denver Broncos, Everett caught five of his eight targets for 39 yards, while Parham hauled in one of two targets for an 11-yard gain. Everett has been a touchdown-dependent, low-end TE2 in overall half-PPR points through 14 weeks in 2023 and will now be losing more fantasy value with quarterback Justin Herbert (finger) potentially missing the rest of the regular season after fracturing the index finger on his throwing hand on Sunday.

Nov 22 9:50pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (hip) practiced fully on Wednesday ahead of his team's Week 12 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Parham caught four passes for 57 yards in his team's Week 11 loss to the Green Bay Packers. He spent some time on the injury report last week with a hip issue but he ultimately wound up playing through the injury. He now enters Week 12 still listed on the injury report with a hip issue, but his ability to practice fully is a good sign for his potential availability this weekend. Gerald Everett (back) might also be returning to action after missing Week 11, which would put a damper on Parham's fantasy outlook this weekend.

Nov 20 1:20am ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. tallied a season-high 57 receiving yards and six targets while matching a season-best figure with four catches during Week 11's 23-20 defeat to the Green Bay Packers. Parham stepped up as the Chargers' featured tight end on Sunday, with Gerald Everett (chest) out of the mix because of a chest injury. Though it was third-stringer Stone Smartt who broke free for a 51-yard touchdown amid the second period of the game, it was just about the best outcome fantasy managers could have envisioned if they needed to stream the 26-year-old Parham in a pinch. Week 12 presents an intimidating matchup on Sunday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens for Parham, who will only be worth considering as a low-end plug-and-play option if Everett remains out.

From RotoBaller

Nov 17 4:50pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (hip) upgraded to a full participant in practice on Friday. He has been removed from the injury report and will play in Sunday's contest versus the Green Bay Packers. Furthermore, with Gerald Everett (chest) ruled out, Parham should see a significant uptick in volume. The 26-year-old checks in at 6-foot-8, offering the Chargers a physical body to make big plays in the end zone or other key situations. He'll enter Week 11 as a mid-to-low TE2 in most fantasy leagues.

From RotoBaller

Nov 16 11:10pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (hip) was listed as a limited practice participant on Thursday after he missed practice on Wednesday. Meanwhile, fellow tight end Gerald Everett (chest) has yet to practice this week. It's entirely possible that both tight ends are unable to play in Week 11 against the Green Bay Packers, which would open up playing time for Stone Smartt and Nick Vannett. The 26-year-old Parham looks to be on the right side of questionable, though, and if Everett cannot play, he'll become an intriguing touchdown-dependent tight end streamer for fantasy managers in deeper leagues. Parham has four touchdowns in nine games but also just 15 catches for 122 yards.

From RotoBaller

Nov 15 7:30pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight ends Gerald Everett (back) and Donald Parham Jr. (hip) were both listed as non-participants in Wednesday's practice. Everett is being considered day-to-day after injuring his back in the Week 10 loss to the Detroit Lions. Parham's injury is a little less clear, but fantasy managers should also consider him day-to-day heading into a Week 11 clash against the Green Bay Packers. The Bolts could be down to Stone Smartt and Nick Vannett at the position if both Everett and Parham aren't cleared to play this weekend. Everett and Parham are the TE28 and TE30, respectively, in half-PPR points through 10 weeks. Parham has four touchdowns compared to Everett's two.

Oct 30 1:50am ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. scored a touchdown in a Week 8 win over the Chicago Bears. With Gerald Everett (hip) out due to injury, Parham played a bigger role than usual on offense, seeing five targets and making four catches for 43 yards and a touchdown. The tall tight end's touchdown came on an 11-yard pass from Justin Herbert at the end of the first half. He'll be a playable TE1 option in Week 9 if Everett is unable to return.

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (wrist) practiced in full with the team on Wednesday. Parham dealt with a sprained wrist throughout Los Angeles' Week 5 bye but was able to suit up in Week 6 against the Dallas Cowboys. In that contest, the tight end caught two passes for 19 yards on three targets while playing 41% of the team's snaps. His practice availability on Wednesday suggests he'll play this weekend when the Chargers take on the Kansas City Chiefs. However, Parham should only be started in deeper formats or tight end premium leagues in Week 7.

Oct 17 12:50pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. caught two of his three targets for 19 yards in the 20-17 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football. Parham was questionable to play in this game with a sprained wrist he suffered in the Week 4 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, but he managed to suit up on Monday night. He has only eight receptions on the year on 11 targets in five games, but three of them have gone for touchdowns. Veteran Gerald Everett had just one more catch than Parham on Monday night and went for three less yards, but he was able to find the end zone. Neither Chargers tight end will be particularly attractive as a TE streamer in fantasy as long as the other is healthy.

From RotoBaller

Oct 16 7:30pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (wrist) is officially active for Monday Night Football in Week 6 against the visiting Dallas Cowboys. Parham came into the showdown listed as questionable with a right-wrist sprain that he suffered in the Week 4 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. The 26-year-old's availability will put a damper on veteran Gerald Everett's chances for a big game on Monday in what could be a high-scoring affair. Parham has only six catches on eight targets for 33 yards in four games this year, but he's already tied his career-high for touchdown catches with three. He'll remain a big-bodied, red-zone target for quarterback Justin Herbert, making him a touchdown-dependent, low-end TE2 in fantasy lineups.

Oct 14 12:20pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (wrist) was a full-go in Friday's practice after he was listed as limited on Thursday. It sets Parham up to be able to play on Monday night against the Dallas Cowboys, although he could still be listed as questionable on Saturday's final injury report. The 26-year-old suffered a sprained right wrist in the Week 4 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, but he thankfully had the Week 5 bye to rest up. The fourth-year tight end only has six receptions on eight targets for 33 yards through four games in 2023, but three of his six catches have been in the end zone for touchdowns. Parham will continue to be tough to trust as a low-volume, touchdown-dependent TE2 sleeper as long as veteran Gerald Everett is healthy.

From RotoBaller

Oct 13 12:00am ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (wrist) was listed as a limited practice participant on Thursday. Parham had the bye in Week 5 to rest the sprained right wrist that he suffered in the Week 4 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Based on his limited session to begin the practice week, Parham has a shot to play on Monday night against the visiting Dallas Cowboys. The 26-year-old might need to put in a full practice on either Friday or Saturday to avoid a questionable tag in Week 6. Parham is extremely hard to trust as a TE2, even in deeper leagues, but he does have three touchdown receptions on his six catches on the year. If Parham is unable to play on Monday night, veteran Gerald Everett will be more attractive as a tight end streamer.

Oct 12 12:30am ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (wrist) participated in Wednesday's practice with a brace on his right hand. Parham was dealing with a sprained wrist heading into the Chargers Week 5 bye, but it appears his injury has improved since then. The Chargers don't play until Monday against the Dallas Cowboys. So, the team will post their first practice report on Thursday. If he can practice in full, he will step right back into the TE2 role in Los Angeles. The 26-year-old tight end has been a nice red-zone target for quarterback Justin Herbert so far this season, catching three touchdown passes in four games.

Oct 3 11:20am ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (wrist) suffered a sprained wrist in the Week 4 win over the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, according to a source. X-rays came back negative. Parham could make it back in Week 6 on Monday night against the Dallas Cowboys after the Chargers' Week 5 bye, but it's not a guarantee. If the 26-year-old is unable to make it back coming out of the bye week, Gerald Everett would become an even more enticing tight end streamer for fantasy lineups. Parham has just six receptions on eight targets through four games in 2023, but he's already tied his career-high with three touchdowns. When he returns, he'll once again be a touchdown-dependent TE2 in fantasy.

From RotoBaller

Oct 1 5:30pm ET

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. (wrist) is questionable to return to Sunday's showdown against the Raiders. The 26-year-old scored twice in the win over the Vikings in Week 3, so he was a popular waiver target heading into this one. If he doesn't return in Week 4, he'll finish without a catch. With Los Angeles down Mike Williams (knee) and Austin Ekeler (ankle), Keenan Allen, Quentin Johnston, Joshua Palmer, Isaiah Spiller could see a few more targets from Justin Herbert moving ahead.
