New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (neck, elbow), who suffered a neck injury in the Week 18 win over the New England Patriots in the regular season finale on Sunday, said he is fine. Wilson also said he doesn't think he needs surgery for an elbow injury that he dealt with all year. The 23-year-old was believed to have suffered a head injury when he took a hard hit in Sunday's contest, but he avoided any kind of serious injury and will have a normal offseason as he heads into his third NFL season. Despite losing quarterback Aaron Rodgers to a torn Achilles in Week 1, Wilson finished with 95 catches for 1,042 yards and three touchdowns in 2023. His 168 targets ranked fourth among all wideouts. With more stability under center hopefully in 2024, the sky is the limit for Wilson.

Jan 7 3:40pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (head) exited during the second half of Sunday's game against the New England Patriots. He is being evaluated for a concussion. At the time of his departure, the second-year wideout had caught just two of five targets for 23 yards. Snow, wind, and poor quarterback play have negatively impacted Wilson and the rest of his pass-catching teammates. Xavier Gipson and Jason Brownlee are next up on the depth chart, but neither of them has any appeal in redraft leagues.

Jan 6 1:40am ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson has managed to turn in a productive campaign despite the team's quarterback woes. He'll hope to conclude his second professional season on a high note against the New England Patriots in Week 18. While the Patriots' defense has been formidable, it has given up a fair amount of fantasy production to receivers. This contest is not expected to feature much scoring but Wilson should get enough opportunities to remain a viable fantasy option. The 23-year-old has amassed 25 looks over the past two weeks with Trevor Siemian under center and thus can be viewed as a solid WR2 on Sunday.

Dec 29 12:40am ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson recorded five receptions for 50 yards in a 37-20 loss to the Cleveland Browns. He also lost one yard on his lone carry of the contest. The second-year pro was once again heavily targeted by quarterback Trevor Siemian, earning double-digit looks for a second consecutive week. Unfortunately, his output wasn't quite as prolific on Thursday night against the stout Cleveland pass defense. All things considered, it's been a productive campaign for the 23-year-old, who will get his final opportunity of the season against the New England Patriots in Week 18.

Dec 28 1:10am ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson is set to take on the Cleveland Browns on the road in Week 17. Although Wilson had a solid performance last week with Trevor Siemian at the helm, this was against the Washington Commanders, who have been vulnerable to opposing receivers all season. The Browns, on the other hand, have limited wideouts to the third-fewest fantasy points in the NFL and have given up just over 110 passing yards per contest at home. Wilson should continue to see a healthy amount of targets as the primary option in the Jets' offense, but fantasy managers should temper their expectations for his output in this matchup. The second-year pro should be viewed as a WR3 or flex option on Thursday night.

From RotoBaller

Dec 25 1:40am ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson hauled in nine receptions for 76 yards in a Week 16 win over the Washington Commanders. He also lost eight yards on his lone rushing attempt of the contest. Surprisingly, Wilson's 15 targets weren't enough to lead the team as running back Breece Hall earned 16 looks from fill-in quarterback Trevor Siemian. Still, Wilson was productive with his opportunities against a struggling Washington secondary. He'll face a much more difficult challenge in Week 17 against the Cleveland Browns, who have allowed the third-fewest fantasy points to receivers this season. Fantasy managers may want to consider other options, especially if Zach Wilson (concussion) is unable to clear the league's concussion protocol before Thursday night.

From RotoBaller

Dec 22 9:20pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson saw just four targets in a blowout loss last week but should be a focal point in an excellent matchup against the Washington Commanders on Sunday. Although quarterback Trevor Siemian will be starting in relief of Zach Wilson (concussion), the second-year wideout has proven to be a dependable option regardless of who is under center. Wilson also offers plenty of upside in this contest as Washington has surrendered the most yards and second-most fantasy points to receivers in 2023. Fantasy managers have every reason to be wary of the Jets' offense, but Wilson should remain in starting lineups as a WR2 this week.

From RotoBaller

Dec 17 7:30pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson hauled in three of his four targets for 29 yards in Sunday's loss to the Miami Dolphins. It was a disappointing showing for Wilson and the Jets' offense that played well in the second half of Week 14. His four targets were his fewest of the season, but he did tie for the team lead in receiving yardage with Trevor Siemian replacing Zach Wilson (concussion) late in the first half. While Wilson has an excellent matchup against the Washington Commanders on tap, fantasy managers should only consider him a viable option if Zach Wilson or Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) can suit up.

From RotoBaller

Dec 15 10:40pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson posted his highest yardage total of the season last week while earning 14 targets in Zach Wilson's return to the starting lineup. He'll look to keep rolling in an away matchup against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. Miami's defense, which is currently dealing with multiple injuries, has surrendered the 14th-most fantasy points per game to wideouts this season. Just three weeks ago, Wilson turned 10 targets from Tim Boyle into seven receptions for 44 yards and a touchdown against the Dolphins. New York looked significantly better with Zach Wilson under center last week, so the 23-year-old receiver offers plenty of fantasy value as the team's primary threat and should be started as a rock-solid WR2 in Week 15.

From RotoBaller

Dec 10 8:10pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson hauled in nine of his 14 targets for 108 yards in a 30-6 victory over the Houston Texans. He also handled one carry for three rushing yards. Wilson dominated opportunities in the Jets' passing game with quarterback Zach Wilson under center. His 108 yards against a struggling Houston pass defense were his most in a single contest this season. Fantasy managers should feel much better about the second-year wideout's outlook for the rest of the campaign with New York making a necessary change at quarterback. He'll project as a solid WR2 for a Week 15 showdown with the Miami Dolphins.

From RotoBaller

Dec 10 4:30pm ET

New York Jets' WR Garrett Wilson had 9 receptions for 108 yards but no touchdowns in Sunday's win against the Texans.

Dec 8 9:30pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson was quiet last week while catching passes from Tim Boyle and Trevor Siemian but will look to return to form in Week 14 against the Houston Texans. Quarterback Zach Wilson will be back under center for the Jets, which is great news for the second-year wideout. In eight full games with Zach Wilson this season, Wilson posted over 11 targets and 11 fantasy points per contest. The 23-year-old will have a great opportunity on Sunday as the Texans have surrendered the ninth-most fantasy points per game to receivers over the past four weeks. Fantasy managers shouldn't necessarily be excited about New York's offense this week, but Wilson can make his way back into starting lineups as a high-end WR3 or flex option.

From RotoBaller

Dec 3 9:00pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson secured three of his seven targets for 50 yards in a 13-8 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. All three of his receptions came on passes from quarterback Tim Boyle, who was benched for Trevor Siemian early in the fourth quarter. The 23-year-old continues to look the part of a difference-making receiver, but his fantasy value is greatly impacted by the ineffective nature of New York's offense. Although Siemian failed to connect with Wilson on Sunday, he should be considered a slight upgrade from Boyle if named the starter for Week 14. Wilson's fantasy managers will want to monitor the situation heading into a matchup against the Houston Texans.

From RotoBaller

Dec 1 8:10pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson scored his third touchdown of the season last week and will hope to make another trip to the end zone against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. Unfortunately for Wilson, Atlanta has been stout against opposing receivers, surrendering the ninth-fewest fantasy points per contest to the position. Wilson has shown that he has the talent to produce regardless of who is under center, but New York's offense will be especially difficult to rely on with Tim Boyle starting at quarterback once again. While fantasy managers continue to hope for the return of Aaron Rodgers (Achilles), Wilson should only be viewed as a WR3 or flex option.

From RotoBaller

Nov 24 9:00pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson finished with seven receptions for 44 yards on 10 targets and scored in a Week 12 loss to the Miami Dolphins. Wilson was quiet for much of Friday's contest but earned plenty of opportunities from quarterback Tim Boyle in the fourth quarter. The 23-year-old came down with a one-yard touchdown with less than five minutes remaining for the Jets' only offensive trip to the end zone. It was encouraging to see Wilson produce for fantasy purposes despite New York's poor showing on offense. He'll have a relatively difficult matchup against the Atlanta Falcons next week but can be started as a flex option regardless of who is under center.

From RotoBaller

Nov 23 4:30pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (elbow) logged another full practice on Thursday afternoon. He has been removed from the final injury report and will play versus the Miami Dolphins in Week 12. Wilson has continued to showcase immense talent in his second pro season, but his upside was limited with Zach Wilson under center. He remains a risky fantasy option as Tim Boyle takes over the quarterbacking duties on Friday afternoon. He's merely a WR3/FLEX option this week.

From RotoBaller

Nov 22 7:40pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (elbow) put in a full practice on Wednesday after he was listed as limited the day prior. Wilson was dealing with an elbow injury last week as well but ended up playing and had two catches on eight targets for a season-low nine yards in the Week 11 blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills. He has been the WR31 in half-PPR scoring so far while having to work with quarterback Zach Wilson through the first 11 weeks of the season. Tim Boyle will start under center for the Jets in Week 12 against the Miami Dolphins on Friday. Wilson will be fine to play in that contest, and his fantasy managers will be hoping that Boyle can get the ball to him more consistently. At least Zach Wilson was looking Garrett Wilson's way often, as he targeted him 10-plus times five times and in four of the last five games.

From RotoBaller

Nov 21 7:40pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (elbow) remains on the Week 12 injury report with an elbow injury and was listed as a limited participant in practice on Tuesday. Wilson was listed as questionable going into the Week 11 game against the Buffalo Bills with an elbow injury, but he suited up and played his usual allotment of snaps while catching just two of his eight targets for nine yards in a disaster for his fantasy managers. The 23-year-old has been held hostage by poor quarterback play from Zach Wilson this year, although he did have at least seven catches for 80 yards the two previous games. Fantasy managers will be hoping the Jets' switch from Wilson to Tim Boyle in Week 12 against the Miami Dolphins this Friday will lead to more production for Wilson as New York's top pass-catcher.

From RotoBaller

Nov 19 9:00pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson hauled in just two of his eight targets for nine yards in a Week 11 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He also lost a fumble in the fourth quarter. It's possible that Wilson was hampered by the elbow injury that limited him in practice throughout the week, but this was the 23-year-old's worst showing of the season. Quarterback Zach Wilson was replaced by Tim Boyle late in the third quarter and it is currently unknown who will start next week, but neither option should be viewed as a positive for Wilson's fantasy outlook. Regardless, Wilson should continue to command plenty of opportunities and can be started in fantasy lineups against the Miami Dolphins in Week 12.

From RotoBaller

Nov 19 3:20pm ET

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (elbow) is officially active for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills. He had been listed as questionable after practicing in a limited capacity during the week. Wilson has maintained his fantasy relevance with Zach Wilson under center, totaling 55 catches, 642 yards, and two touchdowns en route to ranking as the overall WR16 in fantasy football. He should continue to be started in most leagues.
