Los Angeles Rams TE Tyler Higbee had nine catches for 75 yards and three touchdowns in two games against the San Francisco 49ers this season.

Fantasy Spin: He'll be a big factor in the red zone in the NFC Championship game. After Travis Kelce and George Kittle, Higbee might be a bargain in playoff pools.

WR Cooper Kupp caught nine passes for 183 yards and one touchdown on 11 targets. WR Odell Beckham Jr. caught six passes for 69 yards on eight targets, while TE Tyler Higbee caught four passes for 51 yards on seven targets. Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford completed 13-of-17 passes for 202 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in the NFC wild-card game win over the Arizona Cardinals Monday, Jan. 17, and he also ran six times for 22 yards and a score. RB Sony Michel rushed 13 times for a team-high 58 yards, while RB Cam Akers rushed 17 times for 55 yards. WR Cooper Kupp added five grabs for 61 yards and a score, while WR Odell Beckham Jr. had four receptions or 54 yards and a touchdown while also completing a 40-yard pass to Akers. TE Tyler Higbee ended up with three catches for 46 yards, and WR Van Jefferson rounded things out with a 41-yard catch on his only reception. CB David Long also got into the scoring act with a 3-yard interception return for touchdown in the second quarter.

Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee has settled into a consistent role over the last several weeks, and that continued in Week 17 against the Baltimore Ravens. Higbee caught six of his nine targets for 69 yards on the day. Higbee led the team in targets, and it was the second-most targets that he had seen in a game this season. This also was a season-high in yardage for the tight end. It was great to see him take advantage of a strong matchup after slipping up in some of the easier ones he's seen this season. Considering the tough matchup he has ahead of him next week against the San Francisco 49ers, this was a strong sendoff in what was likely your fantasy championship matchup.

Jan 2 10:43pm ET

Los Angeles Rams TE Tyler Higbee caught six of his nine targets for 69 yards in a 20-19 win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 17.

Fantasy Spin: Higbee led the team in targets, and he has logged at least five catches in three straight games. He has carved out a big enough role to be deployed as a TE1 heading into the finale.

From TheHuddle

Dec 26 9:03pm ET

Los Angeles Rams TE Tyler Higbee registered five catches for 41 yards on six targets in Week 16 against the Minnesota Vikings.

Fantasy Spin: Higbee has back-to-back games with five or more receptions, and he has three or more grabs in seven of his past eight games. He has emerged as a decent low-end TE1 in PPR leagues, with lesser appeal in standard play. The Rams travel to meet Baltimore in Week 17.

From TheHuddle

Dec 26 6:40pm ET

Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee didn't have his best game of the season, but he still put up a decent performance in Week 16 against the Minnesota Vikings. Higbee caught five of his six targets for 41 yards on the day. Higbee was tied for third on the team with six targets, and he was one of the three pass-catchers to go for double-digit receiving yards on the day. Higbee has been rather consistent this season as a fantasy asset, but he has rarely entered the upper echelon of players at the position. Over the final few weeks of the fantasy season, it'll be interesting to see if he's able to get more involved.

Dec 24 12:10pm ET

Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee and safety Jordan Fuller have been activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list and are on track to play in Sunday's game against Minnesota. When healthy, Higbee has been a frequent target of Matthew Stafford, having averaged nearly seven targets per contest over his last four outings. Still primarily a touchdown-dependent fantasy asset, Higbee has hauled in a five-reception game six times during 2021. His return gives the Rams their TE1 back, but also knocks some DFS shine from Ben Skowronek, who may see a handful fewer targets with Higbee in the mix. Fuller's addition is a boost to a strong Rams defense that is set to face a Vikings offense that is sans Dalvin Cook and could also be down Adam Thielen (ankle).

Los Angeles Rams TE Tyler Higbee was activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Dec. 24.

Fantasy Spin: He'll be a low-end TE1 option in Week 16 against the Minnesota Vikings.

From TheHuddle

Dec 21 1:33pm ET

Los Angeles Rams TE Tyler Higbee was unable to clear COVID-19 protocols in time to play in Week 15 against the Seattle Seahawks.

Fantasy Spin: Assuming he is asymptomatic in a day or two, expect Higbee to be cleared in time for Week 16 versus the Minnesota Vikings. Kendall Blanton ran almost four times as many routes as Brycen Hopkins last week (26-6) when Higbee was hit with a false positive test. Blanton is the recommended play of the two, although he comes with very little upside.

From TheHuddle

Dec 21 1:10pm ET

Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee, right tackle Rob Havenstein and strong safety Jordan Fuller didn't test out of the COVID-19 protocols and will not be eligible to play on Tuesday night against the Seattle Seahawks, according to a source. Higbee had a false-positive COVID test last week and also missed last Monday's win over the Arizona Cardinals. In his absence, Kendall Blanton saw three targets from quarterback Matthew Stafford and caught two of them for 29 yards. Brycen Hopkins is also back from the COVID-19 list, so he could split snaps with Blanton on Tuesday night, although he has yet to see a single target in 2021. Fantasy managers are best off looking in another direction for a TE streamer at the 11th hour of Week 15.

Los Angeles Rams OT Tremayne Anchrum, DB Antoine Brooks, OG Jamil Demby, OT Bobby Evans, TE Tyler Higbee, LB Von Miller, DE Obo Okoronkwo, LB Troy Reeder and LB Christian Rozeboom were placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Dec. 17.

From TheHuddle

Dec 17 4:10pm ET

The Los Angeles Rams added four more players to the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Friday, including tight end Tyler Higbee. Higbee missed the Week 14 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Monday night due to a false-positive, but he's back on the list and will need to test negative and be asymptomatic to have a shot at playing on Tuesday. The Rams have been one of the hardest-hit teams with a COVID-19 outbreak this week, so the NFL has moved their Week 15 game against the Seattle Seahawks to Tuesday. Tight ends Brycen Hopkins and Johnny Mundt are also on the COVID list, leaving Kendall Blanton as the only healthy TE on the Rams active roster. Relying on Higbee to clear the COVID protocols and play on Tuesday will be risky business for fantasy managers for a player that's a touchdown-dependent TE2 to begin with.

From RotoBaller

Dec 14 7:20pm ET

Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee, who missed the Monday night win over the Arizona Cardinals while on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, had a false-positive and is now eligible to play in Week 15 against the Seattle Seahawks. But Higbee isn't out of the woods just yet, as the Rams are in the league's intensive COVID-19 protocols and continue to have players test positive for the virus. Tight end Brycen Hopkins was also placed on the COVID-19 list on Tuesday. Kendall Blanton played 90% of the offensive snaps on Monday but had just two catches on three targets for 29 yards with Higbee out. If Higbee avoids another positive test this week, he'll be back on the radar as a touchdown-dependent TE2 in deeper fantasy leagues this Sunday.

Dec 13 4:53pm ET

Updating a previous report, Los Angeles Rams TE Tyler Higbee passed consecutive COVID-19 PCR tests after an initial positive test, according to a source. He will come off the Reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, Dec. 14, if his overnight test comes back negative.

Fantasy Spin: That's good news for his Week 15 fantasy prospects. We'll provide an update Tuesday as more is known.

From TheHuddle

Dec 13 4:03pm ET

Los Angeles Rams TE Tyler Higbee (illness) was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Dec. 13. He will not play in Week 14.

Fantasy Spin: LA will be without Higbee for Monday Night Football, so hopefully your league host allows the ability to swap players at this point. The matchup wasn't good to begin with, but if you're in need of a warm body with a pulse, TE Kendall Blanton is the next man up. Look for TE Brycen Hopkins to be active, too, and TE Jared Pinkney was elevated from the practice squad. The Rams may choose to operate with fewer TE sets in general, however.

From TheHuddle

Dec 13 3:50pm ET

Los Angeles Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey and tight end Tyler Higbee are being placed on the COVID-19 list and are out for Monday night's game against the Arizona Cardinals. Higbee will be replaced by Kendall Blanton, who saw two targets last week against the Jaguars which turned into one catch for six yards. As for Ramsey's absence, Darious Williams and David Long Jr. will have a tough task covering the Arizona receiver group of DeAndre Hopkins, A.J. Green, Christian Kirk, and Rondale Moore. Hopkins will have a much more inspiring outlook with Ramsey now inactive, so Nuk can be started with confidence on Monday night.

From RotoBaller

Dec 6 11:40am ET

Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee was unable to find the end zone in Week 13 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but he had a solid fantasy outing nonetheless. Higbee caught five of his six targets for 38 yards, which was the second-most yards of any Rams pass-catcher on the day. Higbee has remained the primary tight end for this offense all season, but he hasn't always been enough of a piece of the passing attack to have value in fantasy matchups. Higbee has a safe floor as a TE2 on a weekly basis, but he usually won't enter the TE1 conversation unless he finds the end zone.
