Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen is currently under contract until after the 2028 season, but general manager Brandon Beane is not ruling out the possibility of signing Allen to a contract extension this offseason.
Fantasy Spin: Allen accounted for 40 total touchdowns this season and is a candidate for the Most Valuable Player award. He is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and will be a must-start option in all leagues next season.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (wrist) said on Monday that he's dealing with a wrist injury that he suffered on Sunday in the loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game. Allen suffered the injury at the goal line on the team's two-point-conversion attempt right before halftime. "Got crunched up a little bit, was able to finish the game, but some swelling and stuff today," Allen said. The 28-year-old's injury doesn't sound very serious, and he'll have all offseason to heal up after the season-ending loss on Sunday. He went 22-for-34 for 237 yards and two passing touchdowns in KC, also rushing 11 times for 39 yards. Despite finishing as a top-five QB yet again for fantasy managers during the regular season, Allen couldn't get over the hump in the postseason against the Chiefs and is now 0-4 against Patrick Mahomes in the playoffs.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 22 of his 34 pass attempts for 237 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's AFC Championship loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He also took two sacks and rushed 11 times for 39 yards on the ground. Finally, Allen fumbled three times, but he was fortunate that all three loose balls were scooped up by the Bills rather than a Chiefs defender. The MVP candidate played well in the contest, keeping his team in the game until the final seconds. However, it wasn't quite enough as the Chiefs picked up yet another playoff victory over Buffalo. Despite his season falling short of a Super Bowl berth, Allen has established himself as one of the NFL's top quarterbacks. He should continue to be viewed as a top option heading into 2025 fantasy football drafts.

Dynasty | Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 22-of-34 passes for 237 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in an AFC Championship loss to the Chiefs. Dynasty Analysis: Allen looked a little shaky at first but did his best to keep the Bills in the game. Unfortunately, he couldn't overcome the Chiefs defense yet again and sees another season come to a close. Dynasty managers won't mind much as there are few (if any) players you'd rather have at the helm of your dynasty squads. He was tremendous again this season and should be a top-shelf option for years to come.
The Buffalo Bills suffered a 32-29 loss against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game. QB Josh Allen completed 22-of-34 passes for 237 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions, while running 11 times for 39 yards. RB James Cook rushed 13 times for 85 yards and two scores, while absorbing all of his three targets for 49 yards. WR Mack Hollins led the way with three receptions for 73 yards and a touchdown, while WR Khalil Shakir was good for six receptions for 46 yards on seven targets. WR Amari Cooper resurfaced for four receptions for 33 yards, while TE Dalton Kincaid had two catches for 13 yards, and WR Curtis Samuel had a 4-yard touchdown on his only offensive touch. S Cole Bishop had game highs with 10 total stops and nine solo tackles, while LB Matt Milano had nine total stops, eight solo tackles, a sack, a tackle for loss and a quarterback hit.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen remains a high-upside play entering Sunday's AFC Championship against the Kansas City Chiefs. The MVP candidate didn't have to do much against the Baltimore Ravens last week, throwing for just 127 yards while rushing for 20 more. However, he did score twice, and more importantly, he helped the Bills punch their ticket to the AFC Championship. He'll likely be asked to do more this week against the Chiefs, who have taken down just about every opponent in their path this year. Of course, Allen is up to the task. When he faced the Chiefs back in Week 11, he totaled 262 passing yards, 55 rushing yards, and two total touchdowns. As well as Kansas City has played, their defense has been susceptible to big games from opposing quarterbacks. In fact, the Chiefs allowed the seventh-most rushing yards and 14th-most fantasy points to the position during the regular season. Given that Allen rushed for 531 yards through 16 regular-season games, he should remain a threat both on the ground and through the air this Sunday. Every Allen vs. Patrick Mahomes matchup has a flair for the dramatic, and this year's AFC Championship should be no different. Expect Buffalo's QB to put up major production, helping out his fantasy managers and bettors as the playoffs carry on.

Buffalo Bills offensive tackle Dion Dawkins (illness) was upgraded to a full participant during Thursday's practice session. That is good news for the Bills after Dawkins sat out of practice to begin the week. It sounds like Dawkins is dealing with a minor illness, but that shouldn't stop him from playing this weekend. The fact that Dawkins was able to practice in full on Thursday means that he should be fine for Sunday. Barring any setbacks, Dawkins should be starting at left tackle and holding down the blindside for quarterback Josh Allen during the AFC Championship Game.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills left tackle Dion Dawkins (illness) missed Wednesday's practice with an illness, according to the team's X account. The four-time Pro Bowler is one of the most important pieces of the Buffalo offense, so missing an early-week practice session is not ideal. However, the 30-year-old has plenty of time to recover and be ready for the AFC Championship Game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. It would be a shocker if he did not play, but his status should be monitored throughout the rest of the week. Assuming he's ready to go, he'll be tasked with protecting Josh Allen's blindside against a fierce Kansas City front-seven.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 16 of 22 pass attempts for 127 yards and carried the ball 10 times for 20 yards and two touchdowns in the team's victory over the Baltimore Ravens. Allen's passing total was the lowest of his 2024-25 campaign. The rushing yardage left a lot to be desired, too. The two short touchdown plunges salvaged his fantasy score but he still finished below 20 points. Allen and the Bills get another shot at defeating the Kansas City Chiefs in the postseason when they travel to Arrowhead for the AFC Championship game.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen completed 16 of his 22 passes for 127 yards, and he rushed 10 times for 20 yards and two touchdowns in a 27-25 win over the Baltimore Ravens in the Divisional Round. RB James Cook rushed 17 times for 67 yards, and RB Ray Davis added four carries for 29 yards and a score. WR Khalil Shakir had six catches for a team-high 67 yards, and TE Dalton Kincaid had one catch for 11 yards. WR Keon Coleman gained five yards on his line reception, and WR Amari Cooper was held without a catch. S Damar Hamlin registered a team-high eight tackles, including two tackles for loss and a sack.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that the Buffalo Bills could restructure quarterback Josh Allen's contract in the offseason. The MVP candidate has four years left on his current deal and received a $5 million pay bump before the start of the 2024 campaign. He's scheduled to make only $14.5 million next season on a front-loaded contract. Rapoport says that the Bills and Allen have an excellent relationship, so he would not be surprised if the team looks to adjust his contract after their season is over. The 28-year-old former seventh overall pick in 2018 out of Wyoming has become one of the best QBs in the NFL, even though he failed to reach 4,000 passing yards in 2024 for the first time since his second year in the league in 2019. Allen more than made up for it with his rushing prowess with 531 rushing yards and 12 rushing TDs while also throwing a career-low six interceptions.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen delivered his worst fantasy football performance of the season against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4. It's the only game this season (and first since Week 9 of the 2021 season) that Allen failed to throw or run for a touchdown. It was also the only game in which he scored fewer than double-digit fantasy points. While Baltimore's pass defense, the league's worst at the time, has improved, it's still smarter for offenses to attack the secondary rather than the front seven. Offensive coordinator Joe Brady should keep the football in Allen's hands more often than not. Allen has a great chance to finish as the QB1 for the week and can be utilized in any fantasy game.
From RotoBaller
Bills' QB Josh Allen scored 28.20 fantasy points in Sunday's playoff win against the Broncos. Allen threw for 272 yards on 20-of-26 with two touchdowns. Allen scored at least 25 fantasy points nine times during the regular season.
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 20 of 26 pass attempts for 272 yards and two touchdowns in the team's blowout win over the Denver Broncos in the opening round of the playoffs. He added eight rush attempts for 46 yards in typical Josh Allen fashion. Allen didn't notch his first score until late in the third quarter when he found running back Ty Johnson in the back of the end zone on a fourth-and-one from Denver's 24-yard line. He connected with Curtis Samuel for a 55-yard catch-and-run touchdown on Buffalo's next drive. Allen and the Bills will host the Baltimore Ravens in the Divisional round next weekend.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen went 20-for-26 for 272 yards and two touchdowns against the Denver Broncos in the Wild Card playoff game. He also rushed for 46 yards on eight carries during the game. RB James Cook rushed for 120 yards and one touchdown on 23 carries, while RB Ty Johnson rushed for 44 yards on nine carries and caught two passes for 26 yards and one touchdown. WR Curtis Samuel caught three passes for 68 yards and one touchdown on three targets, WR Khalil Shakir caught six passes for 61 yards on six targets and TE Dalton Kincaid caught three passes for 47 yards on three targets. WR Amari Cooper was quiet during the game with two catches for eight yards, while WR Keon Coleman caught one pass for five yards during the game.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was responsible for 40 touchdowns during 17 regular season games. That's 2.35 touchdowns per game, which is actually lower than the 2.7 he's averaged during his postseason career. The 28-year-old has upped his game in the playoffs, averaging 330 yards per game. Offensive coordinator Joe Brady will lean on the MVP candidate in the opening matchup against the Denver Broncos. Denver's secondary has been one of the weaker units against quarterbacks over the last four weeks. Although he's the priciest option for DFS lineups, Allen can easily be the week's top signal caller.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen logged one play in Sunday's meeting with the New England Patriots. The Bills have already punched their ticket to the postseason, so the move to bench him was expected. The signal-caller had a quality 2024-25 campaign, throwing for 3,731 yards, 28 touchdowns, and a career-low six picks. He added 531 yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground. Allen is in the MVP conversation. Although there are a few others in the mix, fantasy managers were more than satisfied with his production and he'll undoubtedly be one of the first fantasy quarterbacks off draft boards heading into next season. With Allen's departure from the game, Mitchell Trubisky is in under center, with Mike White behind him.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (elbow, shoulder) practiced in full all week and has been removed from the injury report for Week 18 against the New England Patriots.
Fantasy Spin: With the No. 2 seed in the AFC side of the playoffs wrapped up, the Bills have little to gain by playing Allen for four quarters on Sunday. It was reported earlier in the week that head coach Sean McDermott intends to pull Allen fairly quickly in this game, so it appears Mitchell Trubisky will play the final two or three quarters of the game. Fantasy managers need to prepare as if Allen may not play more than two series on Sunday.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills LB Terrel Bernard (quad) was limited in practice for a second straight day on Friday, Jan. 3, and has been ruled out for Week 18 versus the New England Patriots. WR Curtis Samuel (rib) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable. S Damar Hamlin (rib), DB Cam Lewis (shoulder) and S Taylor Rapp (neck) were limited in practice all week but have been removed from the injury report. QB Josh Allen (elbow, shoulder), OT Spencer Brown (neck), WR Amari Cooper (back), DT DeWayne Carter (wrist), CB Rasul Douglas (knee), TE Dalton Kincaid (knee), P Sam Martin (back), LB Matt Milano (biceps, groin), TE Quintin Morris (shoulder, groin), DT Jordan Phillips (back), DE Dawuane Smoot (wrist) and LB Dorian Williams (elbow) practiced in full on Friday and also no longer appear on the injury report.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen (elbow, shoulder) fully participated in practice Thursday, Jan. 2.
Fantasy Spin: Allen is only expected to play a series or two in Week 18 and can be avoided in fantasy leagues. Mitchell Trubisky likely will play most of the game and is not a strong fantasy option.
